TVTA began life on WordPress in 2011 as a project to archive 20th century print advertising and catalogues. Images include toys, video games, TV and film, fashion, food and drink products, comic books, as well as photographs from the personal collection of TVTA showing actual toys and products. The earliest images are from the 1920s, with a major portion of the archive dedicated to the 1970s and 1980s. In additon there is a strong presence of 1990s material leading up to the early 2000s.
With more than 4,500 images available to view, TVTA is a thing of wonder and delight, and is certain to appeal to those looking for a slice of nostalgia.
